With regular exposure to the extremely high vibration of love on bocArus, it slowly but surely transmutes the suppressed, low vibrating, fear-based emotions and mental patterns in our mental and emotional bodies.

How Vibrations Affect Us
Quantum physics now agrees on the workings of a law known in the East for thousands of years as the Law of Vibration.
In physics, vibration is the speed of oscillation, the speed at which something moves back and forth. On the atomic level, vibration can be understood to be the speed at which electrons orbit around the nucleus of the atom. Atoms are mostly empty space. The empty space between the nucleus and the electrons is where negative energy exists. When the atoms in your body become clogged with this negativity, the electrons whirl slower and slower, your body begins to lower its vibration and resonate more with negativity and less with light.
The extremely high vibration on the bocArus CD transmutes this negative energy. It does not simply surround and remove the energy, but transforms it into light. Because there is less density within the atom, the electrons whirl faster and faster, thereby raising your vibration.
Medical research has also discovered the effects of the Law of Vibration. Research results show that happiness promotes health and well-being, while unhappiness destroys it. The reasons, we are told, are that happy thoughts and feelings have high vibrations, while negative ones, like depression, anger or anxiety, have much lower vibrations.
What all of this means, is that if we could increase our overall vibration, lower vibrations would automatically be transmuted. It also means that people, situations or circumstances with lower vibrations cannot disturb us anymore. In other words, the higher our vibration, the greater our health and well-being. It's really as simple as that.

Proof of the effect of the bocArus vibration
(1) The Scale of Consciousness
Our consciousness (awareness) is directly linked to our vibration; increase in the one automatically leads to an increase in the other, and vice versa. Dr David Hawkins, one of the most brilliant psychologists and advanced modern day spiritual teachers, developed a remarkable Scale of Consciousness calibrated from 1-1000. Since the publication of the Scale in 2003 it's been widely accepted and applied by alternative healers, particularly kinesiologists.
Hawkins' research shows that 75% of humanity calibrates at 200, which is the destructive energy field. He also found that, on average, most people achieve an increase in consciousness of only 5 points in one lifetime. As the energy field of love calibrates at 500, most people will require 60 lifetimes to vibrate and attract love. According to Hawkins, the only way we can increase our gains in consciousness - and thus our vibration - is to either meditate or pray many hours every day, or we have to find a way to expose ourselves regularly to anything that calibrates at 550 or higher on the Scale of Consciousness.
A Board Member of the International College of Applied Kinesiology (ICAK) calibrated bocArus at 930 (the energy field of union consciousness). Two more kinesiologists have since corroborated bocArus' extremely high calibration. They also found that some bocArus listeners have had increases in consciousness, and thus vibration, of as much as 9 points a month (as opposed to the usual 5 points a lifetime). Another ICAK Board Member found weak muscles test strong the moment bocArus plays in the energy field of the person being tested.
An increase in personal vibration has a direct, positive impact on all our aspects or bodies - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual - as shown by the results reported by bocArus users during a prolonged test phase.
(2) Results reported during the test phase
- A neuro-endocrinologist listened to bocArus while she was connected to a specialised EEG machine. Within minutes an increase in coherence registered between her left and right frontal lobes in all four brain wave patterns - alpha, beta, theta and delta - simultaneously. This is what is known by scientists as 'whole brain functioning', which is the hallmark of geniuses like Einstein.
- Two diabetics' sugar reading stabilised for the first time in many months.
- The medication one test subject had to take for her bi-polar disorder left her unable to drive, cook or read. Her condition also led to a depression. After only seven days of listening to bocArus, and while still on medication, her depression lifted and she could once more drive, cook and read.
- A well-known artist who experienced a creative block again painted up a storm after only one week of listening to bocArus. She also felt completely in charge of her emotions for the first time in years.

How to use bocArus
Listening time
75-90 min of bocArus per day is recommended. Two identical tracks - one 45 min and one 30 min - have been provided. Divide your listening time to suit your needs. It is advisable to resist the urge to not listen, especially during the first month, as this is the time during which the habit of daily listening is formed.
When and where to listen
Two of bocArus' major benefits are that one can listen to it anywhere, anytime, and that one doesn't need to use earphones to get all the benefits. Experience the difference it makes when listening -
- While driving
Many users report heightened alertness, focus and energy levels, and that they feel noticeably more tolerant of inconsiderate drivers.
- While working
We have had numerous reports of a marked increase in concentration, clarity of mind and even organisational ability when listening at work. Many of these reports are from computer-bound people, which suggest that bocArus protects one from computers' harmful radiation.
Please Note. If you plan to listen to bocArus at work, anyone who can hear it will be affected. As bocArus uncovers suppressed emotions there's no telling how your colleagues may react. Many may feel the love and find it tremendously soothing and de-stressing. Others, however, may experience nausea, headaches or a burning sensation in the brain (due to detox, the high vibration forcing energy through energy blockages or left-right brain repatterning) or varying degrees of irritation or anger (fear issues coming up).
If your colleagues are not ready to deal with their suppressed issues they will resist bocArus. They may want to blame it on something or someone else. For example, they may say the sound is awful or ask you how you can listen to such 'rubbish', as if there's something wrong with you.
As love is the essence of bocArus we would prefer to see it used in a way that demonstrates absolute respect for the growth and well-being of others, as defined by them. We can never know for sure what someone else's journey may require at any given moment. We therefore suggest it best to fully inform your colleagues of the possible effects and benefits and respect their subsequent choice. If they decide against listening, you may want to consider using headphones when listening in the office.
- While doing therapy with clients (Also see the notes above under: While working)
If a client is ready and willing to work with bocArus, it's pure love vibration will complement all treatment modalities beautifully. Of course, it's a powerful tranformational tool and not intended as soothing 'white noise' in the background. As bocArus is meant to dislodge suppressed issues and/or dysfunctional patterns, it would be unwise to use it if the client's expectation is to have a relaxing time. Should they decide to try bocArus, it may be best to initially play it at low volume and with the bass turned up fairly full.
- While doing your spiritual practices
Most users find that their practices are substantially deepened and intensified with bocArus playing in the background. Many users that meditate report having the best meditation sessions ever.
- Before bedtime or while sleeping
Here you will need to experiment. Some sleep better or dream vividly when listening just before bedtime, while others become too energised to sleep. We have also had reports that, with regular listening, some people need less sleep than before.
Volume level
Set the volume to suit yourself, as long as you can hear it. Sometimes the sound may be more agreeable at low volume and with the bass turned up. At other times you may want it at full volume. Do what feels right for you.

Physical and Emotional effects
While listening to bocArus many energy-sensitive people experience a tingling all over their skin, scalp or down the spine, which is the typical effect of a high vibration. Here below is a summary of other high vibrational effects* some people may experience initially.
- Headaches and other aches and pains
The high vibration forces the energy through the body and any blockages impeding the energy flow will cause aches and pains. The higher vibration also stimulates the expansion of the crown chakra, the pineal and the pituitary glands. Headaches or migraines and a burning sensation in the brain may be experienced as a result.
- Flu-like symptoms
These symptoms are caused by toxins being released when the chakras expand. The high vibration forces any hidden illnesses, viruses or infections to surface.
- Nausea, diarrhoea or gas
This is caused by the solar plexus chakra opening and releasing fear, anger or resentment. Karmic and family issues may produce gas.
- Depression, anxiety or irritation
These symptoms are sure signs of suppressed, fear-based and very low vibrating emotions being brought to the surface, which is exactly what bocArus' high vibration is suppose to do. All four your bodies have gotten used to functioning at a lower vibration. Suddenly they get confronted with an extremely high vibration (their God Self) that shakes them out of their comfort zone. Sometimes it scares them enough to want to 'run away'. If you were to persevere with the discomfort for a week or two you'll find a new level of functioning that you didn't know existed, as testified by this quote from a bocArus user: "At first I became irritated with bocArus, but I knew that it was clearing something out of my field. After a week something broke through. I now feel absolutely wonderful!" Miekie
We have many reports that bocArus greatly assists listeners to clear subconscious issues much faster than before. As your vibration increases with regular listening, so your consciousness, and thus your ability to identify and clear your issues, also increases.
Some, less ingrained issues bocArus will automatically transmute and remove from your field. Other, more ingrained issues will require your active co-operation. Try to identify and acknowledge the issue/s by monitoring your feelings and internal dialogue, and by examining the beliefs, emotional and thought patterns that are creating your reality. If you require outside therapeutic assistance with this process, ask your Higher Self to reveal the right modality for you.
- Heart pain or breathing problems
The solar plexus and heart chakras are opening to receive more energy. Please Note. Anxiety constricts the energy and worsens the problem.
- Hot flushes and sweats
Experienced by both men and women, these symptoms are caused by a too fast energy flow, hormonal changes (also in men) and the body trying to adjust to the higher vibration.
- Exhaustion
This is caused by energy shifts in the spiritual body. Drinking lots of pure, energised water, eating light meals with salads and veggies and doing light physical exercise will alleviate it.
- Excessive energy
This is due to your clogged-up body's inability to store the energy.
- Weight gain
The body feels like it's being invaded, so it adds a layer of protection. Another factor is the activation of fat to hold the vibration of new DNA.
- Memory loss or feeling spacey
This is the result of being changed from predominantly left-brain to a more balanced left-right brain (whole brain) functioning.
- Extreme sensitivity
Your senses or emotions may become extremely sensitive. Supplementing with B-vitamins and a multi-vitamin will help.

Be aware that should any of these symptoms challenge you, you may be tempted to stop listening. Don't! As mentioned before, this is the time to push through the resistance. To lessen your discomfort, simply start with shorter listening periods initially and slowly build up to 75-90min. a day. Alternatively, listen three or four times a day for short periods. It may also help to turn down the volume and turn up the bass to produce a fuller sound.

Children
Most children can benefit from bocArus as they are not immune to the effects of their environments clogging up their mental and emotional bodies. Children who respond negatively are normally part of a small group of highly sensitive children who need to be exposed for shorter periods of time, at low volume, in the beginning.
Many children, however, respond positively to bocArus, as the following examples indicate:
- A five-week-old baby never slept during the day. One morning the mother left the child with a minder who happened to listen to bocArus and the baby slept soundly for two and a half hours.
- A grandmother noted how much more peaceful it was in the mornings getting the children off to school when bocArus played in the background.
- A grateful mother wrote about a child with learning problems who had her best remedial lesson ever when bocArus played in the background.
- One woman dreaded homework sessions with her 10 year old son. He would get really upset and throw tantrums whenever he battled with something. She played bocArus softly in the background, and though he resisted it initially, she immediately started seeing positive results. A month later the boy had calmed down to the extent where homework had become a pleasant time of mother-son sharing.

Expectations
It is best to let go of any particular expectation. We have no doubt that bocArus brings to every person what they require at a given moment, which makes every person's experience unique. Not all bocArus users experience the same effects or the same effects in the same way. What does apply to all users, however, is that the vibration of love will assist all regular users to clear their mental and emotional bodies, thereby automatically and continuously increasing their vibration, and thus consciousness. Many users feel the pure, love vibration of Spirit when listening to bocArus. Others don't feel a thing, but their lives change nevertheless for the better in many obvious and less obvious ways. Merely put out the intention that you're willing to face and remove anything that Spirit wants you to remove in order to grow spiritually. Then simply trust the fact that every time you play bocArus, Spirit's powerful love vibration is washing over and through you, doing the work that needs to be done at that particular moment.

Healing or alleviating physical disorders
A number of medical research reports suggest that as much as 90% of physical ailments may be linked to our emotions. Some spiritual commentators suggest a direct link between suppressed emotions and physical ailments. If these reports are correct (as indeed indicated by numerous reports from users), bocArus may well have a beneficial physical effect, as it helps clear surpressed emotions.

In the past few thousand years, whenever a spiritual seeker sat with an enlightened Master, they were inevitably submitted to a very strict disciplinary regime. This regime required an almost inhuman perseverance from the seeker. Very few managed to stay, and very few found the true Self and the enlightenment they set out to achieve.
At this time on earth we have the opportunity to achieve very high states of consciousness. We have a window period in which to bring the earth to a completely new state of Being. To achieve this, every awakening soul is required to persevere with some form of consciousness raising. Unfortunately, this still does not happen by itself. As in the past, discipline is necessary. Every latter day, western Master reports their process to freedom as something akin to cutting down a forest with a pocket knife. The process requires everything.
This confronts humanity with a dilemma. If everyone had to stop their lives and run off to seek enlightenment elsewhere, things would pretty much fall apart. Many feel the urgent need to do something - meditate, process, whatever it takes.
bocArus was specifically created to greatly ease this challenging process. It is arguably the most powerful, yet easiest of tools for speeding up your process. You do not have to leave your work or family. You do not have to pay a fortune to be able to sit at the feet of a guru in a faraway land. You do not even have to take time out. All you have to do to be in the presence of a consciousness that will slowly but surely assist you through the changes that are necessary to lift and transform your consciousness is to press the button on a CD player.
What discipline could be easier, than getting in the habit of pressing the button on your CD player to listen to bocArus for 75-90min a day, while continuing with your daily chores?
bocArus may very well take you through cycles. You may have months of deep enjoyment and easy releases, followed by a difficult cycle where irritation could challenge you, bringing up resistance to listening daily. This is the very time to persevere. Remember the alternative, not too long ago, of sitting in an inhospitable cave, without food, for weeks on end!
If one perseveres at these times the walls come down. And always the sweet fruit of the new state is there, right behind the wall. It is this kind of perseverance we have to develop on our way Home.
Make a firm decision to listen every day for 75-90 minutes, and stick to it. It has to become a daily habit, like eating and drinking. This is the only way bocArus can help you clear your mental and emotional bodies, thereby raising your vibration and your consciousness. Regular listening also ensures an upward spiral of growth, breaking the endless cycle of slipping back and repeating old response patterns.
