Mother Mary, again, is my 'happy place' Water. If my inner child gets insecure, I can end up quite depressed and start to isolate myself. Ashtar I use when I want to express something of my inner self. Quan Yin makes me feel okay about looking beautiful. I used to purposely not look my best, as an odd form of self-defense - ugly is invisible theory. Now I am quite happy to shine and this is a better form of defence, as any negativity is evaporated when I am able to see myself in my true light. Beauty. Because Love is simply beautiful.
Since using Mary Magdalene, I have realised a lot about my own sexuality and how I created my own pain in previous relationships by allowing people to treat me badly. It has helped me to take responsibility for my past. Sex is sacred, and always can be, if I create it that way and share my boundaries and my love.
Wotana is a good grounding water if you are not a morning person. Whenever I feel stressed, I know I need to get into my garden and be with the elements.
